Mindful Monday Meditation Classes

Free Virtual Monthly Meditation Classes - Open to Anyone!

  • When: The 2nd Monday of each month, 7:00 - 7:30 PM

  • Where: Over Zoom

  • Dates: March 10, April 14, May 12, June 9, July 14, August 11, September 18, October 13, November 10, December 8

    Upon registration, you will receive an email with the link to join the meditation. You only have to register once, as the same Zoom link will be used for each call.

Meditation has many proven benefits, yet many people struggle to start or stick with it.  Some feel they “can’t do it,” while others find it hard to “make themselves do it”.  

These meditation classes will help you overcome these excuses and learn effective techniques for letting go of stress, slowing down your thoughts, and connecting to your calm and centered self.  Each session will be recorded, allowing you to access your calm anytime!
