The Details!
Two Group Counseling Sessions per month (virtual)
Twice a month, you can attend a live regularly scheduled group counseling session led by Laura via Zoom. You can join the call as a participant or listen and learn from others as they share.
One Workshop per month (virtual)
Once a month, you can attend a live scheduled interactive workshop led by Laura via Zoom. Each month, you can make a submission on what topic you are interested in learning about. Laura will pick a topic from the submissions and present it! Workshops will be recorded and made available to listen to if you are unable to attend or want to listen again.
One Quarterly Gathering (in-person)
For those local to Indianapolis or nearby, we will get together once a season for a spiritual community circle, led by Laura.
Access to a Private and Positive Social Media Group
This Private Facebook page will be a safe and uplifting space on social media to be able to authentically connect with Laura and other women in the group. Interact, ask questions, and share. It will be a come-as-you-are, accepting social space that you can easily go to for inspiration and community support at any time!

What to Know about Working with Me.
I serve a unique niche within the counseling space.
Typically, there are only two approaches available to people seeking mental health support: Either traditional counseling or Christian counseling services. The people I serve are looking for something a little different from either one of these things.
Holistic Spiritual Counseling is a Mind-Body-Spirit Approach.
Oftentimes, people will come to me because they feel they feel “stuck” in their process with traditional counseling and feel like they need “more.” Sometimes, sadly, people have had negative experiences with mental health professionals or feel it does not help them. Other times, people want to have a spiritual approach that is not religious, so they can talk about anything they need to talk about, free of judgment, and be who they are spiritually.
Whatever your reason is, know you are welcome here!
I am an ordained minister and therefore cannot diagnose or prescribe. My ordainment is non-denominational and interfaith, which means I am not affiliated with a religion and can work with anyone, regardless of their beliefs.
My work is spiritual, not religious, and is inclusive to people from all walks of life.
